John
Pocock also competed this
year in the NZ Ironman, reducing his time by a massive 56min and going on to
compete for GB in the World Long Course Champs in Almera. In between he rode

In May Dan White won the European M45 Duathlon in

her age group at cross-country and road races, and is poised to make her mark at
duathlon in 2009.
Alisdair

group in several sprint and Olympic distance triathlons this year, and managed a
top 10 finish in the demanding Helvellyn Triathlon in
September.
Jon

of injury and illness setbacks and bounced back to a very encouraging result in
the Bala olympic -distance triathlon in September.
Craig

personal best times on the track throughout the summer, reducing his 1500m time
by 20 sec and his 800m time by 8 sec.
Mhairi

running with Julian in May, but last week reduced her time by over 15 minutes in
the Dublin Marathon
And not forgetting
Julian himself, who has been out
of running events this year after rupturing a cruciate ligament last December,

Plans
for 2009
